On a beautiful sunny day in Maidstone, Kent, Beth and John celebrated their wedding at the enchanting Nettlestead Place. The historic venue, with its stunning gardens and picturesque surroundings, provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with family, laughter, and love.

Nestled in the heart of Kent, Nettlestead Place boasts a rich history and breathtaking beauty. A Sunshine-Filled Ceremony

As guests arrived, they were greeted by the warm rays of the sun and the cheerful sight of sunflowers, which Beth had chosen as the theme for the day. The ceremony took place in the garden, with rows of chairs arranged on the perfectly manicured lawn. Beth, looking radiant in her white gown, walked down the aisle adorned with sunflower arrangements. John, beaming with joy, waited for her beneath a floral arch, where they exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends.

Fun and laughter ran throughout the day at Hope and Chris's wedding. It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of and every photo fills me with happiness. We started our day with Hope's preparations at their home with their many friends, family and animals. We popped over to Chris who was getting ready near enabling us to capture some wonderful moment of him getting ready. Chris and Hope held their wedding at one of our favourite venues Gildings Barns with a stunning flower arch by Helgaz Flowers. After the ceremony we were treated with some gorgeous late sunshine as they mingled with their guests. Hope and Chris literally laughed all day long and well into the night.

I meet up with Sophie and Lloyd on a bright October day at Royal Holloway, University of London. This University has a special place in their hearts as this is where they met. It was a wonderful way to celebrate their upcoming wedding by having their pre wedding shoot there and wow what a stunning place it was! We took a walk about around the grounds and popped into the gorgeous chapel as we chatted excitedly about their wedding plans. These two are clearly happy and relaxed in each other's company. Two people who are just meant to be together.

We started our day with Emily's preparations as she got ready with her bridesmaids and her Mum in a room at Cottesmore. We were able to pop out to capture Angus with his Groomsmen on the stunning golf course. They held their ceremony in the oak - beamed Barn Room which had a beautiful flower circle created by Bramble and Belle. They moved in together after only 6 months of dating and Tom proposed to Helen on their 2nd anniversary and we just can't wait for their wedding next week at Gildings Barns. Garden Wedding: Nicola + Dave

It was an honour to photograph Nicola and Dave's gorgeous sunny wedding. They held their wedding at St. Mary Magdalene church, South Holmwood, Dorking and they took their 3 wonderful dogs along to the ceremony. They left the church pulled by their dogs on a sled at a tremendous speed and continued the celebrations in Nicola's parents stunning garden. The day was filled with laughter, dogs, food and lots of dancing. Music was provided by The JubJub Ceilidh Band and flowers were provided by Flowers By Elaine

Gildings Barn Newdigate Wedding: Sarah + Sam

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph Sarah and Sam's gorgeous wedding. They held their wedding at Gildings Barns in Newdigate, which was very first civil ceremony to be held at Gildings Barns after receiving their new wedding licence. The day was filled with laughter, bagpipes, buses and lots of dancing. They were even showered by paper aeroplanes as they walked back down the aisle! After their heartfelt speeches they danced the night away to a Scottish Ceilidh with music provided by the band Bowreed.

We met Sarah and Sam on a wet day at a local woodlands. After the recent snow the ground was left with thick with mud but nothing could stop us from having fun. On a bright Autumn day we met Charlotte and Ricci at local park. We wrapped up warm and took a stroll around the lake and parkland. Apart from a a few dogs out who managed to photobomb and the odd duck we luckily pretty much had the park to ourselves. Charlotte and Ricci were just so relaxed right from the start. The Barn at Bury Court Wedding: Rachel + Rob

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph Rachel and Rob's stunning wedding. They celebrated with their friends and family on a beautiful sunny day in June at The Barn at Bury court which provided the perfect setting. The day was filled with laughter and singing with a standing ovation for Danny Mills the pianist during their meal and a card from their much loved dog. They partied on well into the night with lots of time spent in the campervan photo booth provided by Rusty and Roses.

Knole Park Engagement: Vicki + Callum

On a hot summers day we met Vicki and Callum at Knole Park in Sevenoaks with their two gorgeous dogs. We put the dogs on their leads and took a stroll around the the stunning deer park. Knole park is home to 350 deer which freely roam around the 1000 acres of parkland all year round. These beautiful deer are descendants of those hunted by Henry Vlll so we made sure the dogs remained on their leads the whole time. Vicki and Callum were just so relaxed right from the start and their two dogs were stars! These two are clearly happy to be in each others company that they laughed and smiled the whole time.

Boxhill Stepping Stones Engagement: Nicola + Dave

We met Nicola and Dave at the foot of Boxhill with their three fabulous dogs. It was a lovely warm day to take a stroll with their dogs and we ended up at the beautiful stepping stones. It had rained previously so the water level was high but that didn't stop Nicola and Dave from crossing the stepping stones with their dogs too. Nicola and Dave both clearly enjoy being in each other's company and they both just adore their dogs and we can totally see why. Their dogs were so well behaved they even stood still at just the right times.

Farm Engagement: Francesca + Lee

We met Francesca and Lee at Bridgehill Farm, Rusper on a beautiful spring day. The farm is where Francesca keeps her gorgeous horse Harry so of course we had to include him in some of the photos. Harry was such a star on the day, he always managed to stand still at just the right time and he loved to munch on his mints. Francesca and Lee both clearly adore him and I can completely understand why as we are now both utterly smitten.

Francesca and Lee are clearly made for each other. Not only do they both love horses they are completely at ease with each other. They laughed at chatted as we took a stroll around the farm talking about their plans for their big day. They got engaged whist on holiday in the Maldives. Lee planned it all carefully out as he bought the ring whilst they were in Dubai on work without her knowing, they then travelled onto the Maldives where he proposed with the ring. Francesca had no idea but the holiday turned out to be the best one ever!

Pangdean Old Barn Wedding: Charlotte + Joe

It was such a absolute pleasure to photograph Charlotte and Joe's wedding. These two are perfectly matched for each other and they enjoyed every single minute of their day. We photographed Abby and Carl's wedding a couple of years ago, Charlotte's sister so we were thrilled to meet their very welcoming family again.

Charlotte got ready at her gorgeous family home surrounded by her friends and family and there was laughter and giggles for the entire time. Charlotte was helped into her gorgeous dress by Abby her sister. Charlotte was a stunning bride.

Charlotte and Joe got married at St.Nicholas Church in Godstone and held their reception at Pangdean Old Barn in Pyecombe, Brighton where their ski theme carried through the whole barn with ski passes as favours and there was even a shotski for drinking shots in the evening. They danced the night away to the band the MP3S and later on to their DJ Carl C Vincent DJ

Hartsfield Manor Wedding: Vicky + Steve

Vicky and Steve held their wedding at the Hartsfield Manor in Betchworth, Surrey. It was on a cold winter's day but there was nothing but warmth and smiles from everyone there. Hartsfield Manor was a beautiful venue. It literally sparkled with Christmas trees and decorations.

It was a small intimate wedding which Vicky and Steve shared with their closest friends and family. They both literally smiled and giggled all day. It was clear to see how much they love each other and they were so happy that their day was exactly how they wanted it. After their photos there were some speeches on the stairs which were the funniest I've ever heard. They even included hats and novelty glasses!

Tithe Barn Wedding: Natalie + Andrew

Natalie and Andrew held their wedding at the Tithe Barn at Buford Bridge Hotel in Dorking. It was on a crisp winter's day which was the complete contrast from their engagement shoot as that was on the hottest day of the year. It was bitterly cold but they were blessed with glorious sunshine from start to finish. Natalie got ready with her close friends and family they even had time to rehearse walking down the aisle before everyone arrived.

The Tithe Barn was a beautiful spot to get married and the smiles on their faces say it all. Natalie and Andrew were so happy to be together and thoroughly enjoyed celebrating with their friends and family. Right at the end of the evening Natalie and Andrew were given an extra surprise as Natalie's parents had arranged a stunning fireworks display without them knowing.

Southend Barns Wedding: Mark + Judy

It was such a pleasure to photography Mark and Judy's wedding. These two are simply perfect for each other and they enjoyed every single minute of their day. I have never met a couple that were so ecstactly happy for the entire day. It was literally the best day of their lives and we felt honoured to be a part of such a special day.

The day started at with Judy getting ready George Bell House in Chichester which was right next to Chichester Cathedral. Judy got ready surrounded by her friends and family many of whom had travelled a long way to be there. It was plain to see how happy Judy was as there was laughter and excitement right from the start. Her hair and make up was by the fabulous Lauren from ID who was on hand to help with everything even helping with a stuck zip on a bridesmaid's dress. Her gorgeous flowers were by Albert & Arthur and she arrived in 'Rose' the camper van from Vinnie's Vintage Vehicles

Mark and Judy got married at Southend Barns in Chichester. When Judy arrived in 'Rose' from Vinnie's Vintage Vehicles with Karen at the wheel they could be heard arriving as music was blaring out they were literally having a party on board. Judy was so excited to arrive in 'Rose' that she even have her a hug!

Mark and Judy's ceremony was elegant and heartwarming at Southend Barns. They even had live music as Judy walked down the aisle by Jon Hart. The rain was on and off all day but it came out to play at exactly the right times and gave us a stunning rainbow. Their cake was made by Wedding Kate and they danced the evening away with music from Toast Functions.

Lloyd Hall Wedding: Sophie + Darren

Sophie and Darren's wedding was so much fun. From start to finish it was fun and laughter all the way. Sophie got ready at her parents house which was a beautiful cottage with so many nooks and crannies it was a photographer's dream. Everyone pitched in to help, Sophie's brother was even on hand to help lacing up her dress and getting into her shoes and the wedding car was Sophie's Dad's beloved Porsche Spyder.

Sophie and Darren got married at Leatherhead Registry office and held their reception at Lloyd Hall in Outwood, Surrey. It rained on the day but that didn't put us off. We waited for a break in the weather, jumped in the car and raced off to Outwood Mill for a few quiet photos. Sophie and Darren are just so relaxed around each other that we all giggled and laughed the whole time.

Their reception was a relaxed evening with a BBQ, impromptu speeches, Krispy Kreme donuts and a live band. We also saw not one but two of our past brides!

Winter Engagement: Rachel + Rob

We met Rachel and Rob on possibly the coldest day in February this year. We met at a gorgeous lake in Surrey complete with boats sailing on the lake and sandy shores. It was raining so much we could only just see in front of us on the way there but as soon as we met Rachel and Rob we were blessed with snow. These two are so perfect for each other that even the weather had to agree. Rachel and Rob were just calm and relaxed in each others company as we walked around in the sand and woodlands.

Horley, Surrey Wedding: Matt + Jacqueline

Matt and Jacqueline held their beautiful wedding on a bright day in June. The day was celebrated with their friends and family and with Jacqueline's Mum singing to the couple during their ceremony it was a touching service. Jacqueline and Matt mean so much to so many people that it was standing room only at the church and they even set up a live feed in the room next door so that everyone could be a part of such a special moment.

It was easy to see that Jacqueline and Matt both loved spending time with their friends and family as well as spending a few moments alone. Matt and Jacqueline are so perfectly matched that they just relax, smile and laugh whenever they are together.

Jacqueline's dress was beautiful and it suited her perfectly. Jay's sister and Mum helped her into her dress. Jay your dress looked stunning on you. Such detail on the back of her dress. Jacqueline you were just beautiful. Jacqueline and her parents spent a few moments together before heading off to the church. The church was packed! It was standing room only. Jay arrived with her beautiful bridesmaids. Matt couldn't wait to see Jay. Jacqueline's Dad proudly walked her down the aisle. Jacqueline's Mum sang a touching song to the happy couple. She had such a beautiful voice. Happiness shone out of Jay and Matt. Everyone wanted to see Jay and Matt. Their marquee was gorgeous. Complete with chandeliers. Jay and Matt were just so relaxed together.

Winter Engagement: Charlotte + Joe

On a crisp sunny winters day we met Charlotte and Joe at local park. We wrapped up warm and took a stroll around the lake taking in the beautiful view and frozen lake. Charlotte and Joe were just so relaxed right from the start. They are so clearly happy to be in each others company that they laughed and smiled the whole time.

They met whist working at a ski resort in France. Charlotte had worked at this resort before and asked to go again as it was her 21st Birthday. Joe was working his first season and by pure chance he ended up working in the same place. They hit it off straight away and spent the entire season together. Joe proposed to Charlotte at their favourite spot in Wales at a castle at the very top of a hill. Charlotte had mentioned how lovely the day was and Joe said that he would like to make it even lovelier. He bent to get something out of his pocket, as it was close to Easter Charlotte thought it might be some chocolate but to her surprise it was an engagement ring!

Charlotte and Joe thank you for being so calm and relaxed we can't wait for your wedding.

The view was beautiful. The lake was frozen and made the most amazing noise when a stone was dropped onto it.

It was cold but that didn't bother Charlotte and Joe.

St. Albans Wedding: Daniel + Nicola

Photographing Daniel and Nicola's wedding was such a pleasure. We met Daniel and Nicola together at St. Alban's Registry Office. Nicola looked stunning in her gorgeous wedding dress which had beautiful details on the bodice and Daniel was very handsome in his kilt completed with lego detailed tie pin and cuff links.

St. Alban Registry Office was beautiful and surrounded with gorgeous gardens and you may even recognise the famous doors. They were used in the opening credits to the series Porridge which starred Ronnie Barker.

After the ceremony we whisked Daniel and Nicola away to Welwyn City Gardens for some photographs on their own where there is a stunning water fountain. The previous week the water was bright pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month but thankfully it was back to normal when we arrived.

Daniel and Nicola held their reception at Burnham House Venue where they danced away the evening with their friends and family. They even had a juke box.

Hendall Manor Barns: Christine + Ed

Christine and Ed held their beautiful wedding at Hendall Manor Barns in East Sussex on a beautifully sunny day in late May. The day was filled with fun and laughter from start to finish as Christine and Ed celebrated with their friends and family. With the best man singing his speech through Disney songs and fantastic dancing in the evening it was a day to remember.

Christine got ready at Buxted Park set in Ashdown Forrest, East Sussex Christine's shoes were the most gorgeous blue. Christine's flowers was a beautiful pale pink. Wow those shoes. All was calm as Christine got ready. Christine's makeup was done by her sister. Christine was surrounded by her bridesmaids who helped every step of the way. The ceremony was held in the Stone Barn at Hendall Manor Barns The excitement was clear. Ed's sister beamed as she walked down the aisle closely followed by Christine's two sister, her niece and nephew. Ed just couldn't help but look for his beautiful bride. Chritine looked gorgeous as she walked down the aisle with her father. Ed's sister couldn't hold back the tears. Drinks were served outside on the terrace at Hendall Manor Barns The sun came out on cue. Christine and Ed just loved spending time with their friends and family. The groomsmen having fun at Hendall Manor. The girls had fun too. Christine and Ed took some time on their own. Christine you are simply stunning. I Christine and Ed had rock as their wedding favours. These signs are so cute. The speeches started off with Christine's father and continued by Christine's sister. The Best man's speech was the funniest I have ever heard. He sung his whole speech using Disney songs with his own lyrics! Hendall Manor Barns was the perfect backdrop. Everywhere was just gorgeous. Christine and Ed had their first dance sung by Get Carter. Then the dancing began....

Reigate Castle Engagement: Jacqueline + Matt

I met Jacqueline and Matt at Reigate Castle grounds on a warm spring day. Reigate Castle was built around 1150 by William de Warenne. It was occupied during the civil war and left ruinous in 1648. Jacqueline and Matt often visit Reigate Castle together and it will always hold a special place in their hearts. It was the prefect place to have their Engagement photos. We strolled around the beautiful grounds and took in the wonderful surroundings. Jacqueline and Matt's warm and caring relationship just shone through. We literally laughed the whole time we were there. I can't wait for their wedding later this year.

Reigate Castle grounds are hidden behind the town centre with caves underneath.

Although now in ruins many of the original features still remain today.

It was occupied during the civil war.

This small stone pyramid guards a underground Sally Port (the irony of the name is not lost on me). It is a secure entryway to a deep wide ditch.

Spring had definitely arrived.

Matt always held Jacqueline with a light caring touch.

The Bluebells were a joy to find hidden away.

We took a walk around the grounds.

Jacqueline your laughter was so infectious.

The remains of the castle provided the perfect backdrop.

Jacqueline, that smile.

Jacqueline proudly showed off her engagement ring.

Jacqueline and Matt simply enjoyed being together.

Matt is kind and caring and has an amazing sense of humour. No one can make Jacqueline laugh like he can.

Denbies Wine Estate Dorking Wedding: Laura + Jason

Laura and Jason held their wedding at the simply stunning Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking, Surrey. This beautiful family owned and run wine estate is one of the largest wine producers in the UK. Nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills this was the perfect setting for a perfect day. Laura and Jason were married at St. Bartholomew's Church, Horley with all their friends and family. There was smiles and laughter for the whole day.

Laura and her bridesmaids went to the church in style in this beautiful Rolls Royce.

Jason and his Groomsmen at St. Bartholomew's church, Horley Laura's bridesmaid's dresses were stunning.

Their guests even seemed to followed the same colour code. Ye Olde Six Bells was next door to the church and it was a great place for their guests to meet and relax before the ceremony.

Everyone enjoyed the sun before the ceremony. Their guests faces say it all.

But Laura and Jason's daughter stole the show. Such a magical moment. Their friends and family looked on. I just love this little bridesmaid's pose. She literally danced her way through the cereony. That's the way to live life. A high five to finish. They held their reception at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking, Surrey A champagne reception for the Bride and Groom but the day was just too tiring for their daughter who fell asleep on the journey there. We took Laura and Jason into the Vineyard for some quiet time. The vineyard at Denbies Wine Estate is the perfect backdrop. There's always time for group photos organised by Laura's Father. Such beautiful colours. The conservatory Atrium was an amazing space and so beautifully decorated.

Each table had wine from Denbies own vineyard.

Popcorn and sweets for their guests. Laura just couldn't hide her excitement when she saw the room for the first time.

This romantic ancient castle provided such a beautiful backdrop for Katherine and Ed to share their special day with their friends and family. Steeped in History Farnham castle played host to many celebrations for Kings and Queens of England and now this wonderful couple.

Southend Barns Wedding: Leigh + Paul

Paul proposed to Leigh in the middle of an ice rink at Hampton Court palace on a cold winters day. It was just the perfect place to get engaged so they knew that they had to look hard for the perfect place to get married. As soon as they saw Southend Barns they fell in love with it and its easy to see why. With its beautifully restored barns and stunning landscaped gardens its a gorgeous place to get married.

Leigh and Paul were blessed with one of the few hot days in August. The sun shone the whole day while Leigh and Paul celebrated with their friends and family. Their wedding was completed by a special member of their family, Murphy their dog who had the special task of carrying the rings.

Leigh and Paul held their wedding at the beautiful Southend Barns.
The grounds at Southend Barns were stunning.

Leigh's dress looked gorgeous. So beautiful... Beautiful detail on her dress. Southend Barns are also home for a few friendly llamas. The bridemaids wore soft dusky pink dresses. Leigh was surrounded by her beautiful bridesmaids who helped her every step of the way. Leigh's Dad was full of smiles all day. Just look at the sparkle on those shoes. I just love these shoes. Leigh's flowers matched her bridesmaids dresses perfectly. Flowers by Cathey's Flowers. Leigh and Paul's elegant wedding invitations were made by Leigh's Dad. Leigh's jewelry held special family memories. Leigh and her Dad were thrilled to see Southend Barns all set up for the day. Leigh's Mum provided the flowers in the ceremony room and around the venue. Last minute preparations. Leigh's flower girl and page boy were just as calm as Leigh was. Paul looked so happy and relaxed with his two Best Men. And of course the day wouldn't be complete without the gorgeous Murphy. Murphy also dressed for the occaison. Leigh couldn't wait to show her Dad her dress which she kept as a surprise the whole morning! Leigh was helped into her dress by her Dad. And of course her bridesmaids were on hand to help. There were smiles all round. Leigh you are simply stunning. Leigh's happiness shone through as she walked down the aisle. Everyone gathered outside to throw confetti on the happy couple. Leigh and Paul's family were so happy to celebrate with Leigh and Paul. All Leigh and Paul's tables were named after stories from planning their wedding day. So many beautiful touches. Flowers by Leigh's Mum. Leigh's beautiful bouquet was made by Catheys Flowers. Murphy was so well behaved all day. The Dairy Barn at Southend Barns. Leigh and Paul took a moment alone. Everyone gathered in the Threshing Barn for the wedding breakfast. The speeches had everyone laughing. There was tea, coffee and macaroons after the wedding breakfast. Everyone had fun. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Brook. I wish you all the happiness in the future.

Gildings Barn Newdigate Wedding: Abby + Carl

Photographing Abby and Carl's wedding was such a pleasure. You couldn't meet two people more perfect for each other. The day was filled with fun, tears and laughter.....so much laughter.

The day started at Abby's parents house. We could hear the laughter the minute we walked through the door with seven bridesmaids, two flower girls, makeup artists, hairdressers, parents and a 6 week old baby! Abby's bridesmaids hadn't seen her dress and their reaction was priceless at the grand reveal.

Abby and Carl were married at St. Nicholas Church in Godstone, Surrey. Their reception which was beautifully decorated was held at Gildings Barn, Newdigate, Surrey

Every detail was carefully planned with many things handmade. Even the beautiful order or service was handmade. Such a beautiful dress. Abby got ready at her Parent's house surrounded by her seven bridesmaids. Abby's beautiful flowers were made by a close friend. Completed with two fairytale wands. So much laughter. Abby's Mum looked on as Abby put on on her gorgeous dress. Abby's sister helped with the final touches. Abby you are simply stunning. Abby's bridesmaids reaction to seeing her in her dress was priceless. There's always time for a selfie. A Mustang as the wedding car......yes please.
Carl with his two best men. Amazing cuff links. They got married at St Nicholas Church in Godstone. Abby's seven bridesmaids wore stunning mint green dresses.
The mint green colour could be seen in the flowers and even on the flower girls socks. The day before it poured with rain all day but on the day the weather was perfect. Abby just beamed. A quick moment with her Dad before she went in the church.

The smile on Abby's face says it all. Smiles all round. Everyone gathered by the gate to throw their confetti. They held their reception at Gildings Barn, Newdigate. A beautiful rustic barn set in the countryside. Once we arrived we took Abby and Carl off for some quiet time on their own. Hidden in the woodlands at Gildings Barn was a log cabin. Just the place for a quiet moment. Gildings Barn was filled with so many beautiful touches made by Abby and Carl. Their guest relaxed in the sun.

The interior was beautifully decorated with fairy lights. Abby and Carl's cake was made by a close friend. It continued the mint theme. They also had a table of photographs to remember those who sadly couldn't be there. The name cards were handmade by Abby and Carl. The barn was filled with flowers from Abby's Gran's garden. Even the table plan. The speeches were heartfelt and emotional.

Chateau de Detilly Loire Valley France Wedding : Jen + James

It was a beautiful summers day in the Loire Valley France. Jen and James's wedding was held at the stunning Chateau de Detilly with it's very own chapel in the gardens. The day couldn't have been more perfect the sun was shining, the surrounding area was filled with sunflowers. Love, happiness and laughter filled the day. The wedding was held at Chateau de Detilly in the Loire Valley in France and it was too beautiful for words. Jen's dress was simply amazing. It was completely covered in sequins. Of course they had local wine and Jen surprised her bridesmaids with gifts from Katie Spade.
Gorgeous glittery shoes to match her dress. They were married in a chapel within the grounds of Chateau de Detilly. A perfect place to be married. The weather was perfect. It made everything sparkle. Instead of confetti the couple were showered with bubbles. The Loire Valley has so many beautiful places for photographs. Jen and James had their wedding breakfast in a marquee in the grounds of Chateau de Detilly.
So many thoughtful touches. Everyone danced the night away by the pool at Chateau de Detilly.
